About Us

Innerloop Mortgage Company was formed in January 2006 to provide mortgages services for Contemporary Garden Home buyers. We also finance other builders homes as well as resales and refinance services. We office at 10400 Main Street just outside the South Loop.

We are available on the week ends and nights to prequal buyers, answer questions and take applications.  We take great pride in knowing the new products and programs in the mortgage industry as well as the technology to make the process smoother.

The president of Innerloop is George Balla who has 25 years of financial and real estate experience in the City of Houston. Mr. Balla is a degreed accountant and licensed mortgage loan officer. He has financed homes through out Texas and keeps informed of "what's new" in the mortgage industry.
